A JOURNEY TOWARDS MORE SELF-LOVE

PART I : Transforming emotions

The first part guides you towards a state of inner peace, empowering you to take charge of your emotions. Feelings and emotions are part of life and the ups and downs make your experiences richer. Disharmonious emotions can be transformed into beneficial life energy.  By drawing your own intuitive mandalas you learn how to feel your emotions and change them into their positive counterpart.

The mandalas we use in part I are nature elements as they contribute to improve our emotional wellbeing. By integrating the wisdom of nature elements, we can cultivate greater self-awareness and natural harmony.

  1. Lake mandala (from fear into peace)
  2. Tree mandala  (from worry into trust)
  3. Mountain mandala  (from sadness into courage)
  4. Flame mandala  (from anger into kindness)

PART II : Embracing the new

The second part guides you into a stage of rebirth towards initiating action where you will experience a strong sense of personal power and autonomy.  By embracing new beginnings you can open yourself to growth and a more fulfilling life. Embracing new beginnings starts with self-awareness. This awareness will help you to understand what you need to let go of and what you want to achieve moving forward.

The mandalas we use in part II are animals. Power animals are guides that teach us life lessons through their traits and symbols. Their presence can bring us advice, protection and wisdom.
